What's included in the monthly price? +
Everything you need to run your bot: AI processing, WhatsApp messaging, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing improvements to your bot's responses. Standard and Pro plans also include voice agent minutes. There are no hidden API costs — just one monthly fee.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. There are no annual contracts or lock-ins. Cancel anytime and you'll keep access until the end of your billing cycle. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable.
What happens if I go over my message limit? +
WhatsApp messages above your plan limit are billed at €0.01 per message. Additional voice minutes are billed at €0.14 per minute. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits so there are no surprises.
Do I need to build the bot myself? +
No. Boundbird is a fully managed service. We configure your bot, train it on your business (products, pricing, policies), connect it to WhatsApp, and keep improving it over time. You don't need any technical knowledge.
How does voice agent pricing work? +
Voice agents are available on Standard, Pro, and Custom plans. Standard includes 60 minutes/month and Pro includes 300 minutes/month. Additional minutes are billed at €0.14/minute. The Starter plan is WhatsApp-only.
